  • How do I take a Zullius course?

    Zullius Training courses are delivered entirely on-demand, which means that you can enrol in the courses that interest you and learn at your own pace. By choosing to complete a course online you can begin whenever you like and complete any time within 12 months. Keep in mind that there may be industry regulated deadlines you need to comply with.

  • How can I access a Zullius Training course?

    Training courses can be accessed from several devices and platforms, including your computer or laptop, mobile smartphone or tablet device. We've designed our training with you in mind – so you can even complete your training in your downtime! When you enrol, you will be sent all relevant access to your online learning portal. If you have any questions, drop us an email at support@zullius.com

  • How can I leave a review?

    We love hearing from our students. After completing each course, you will be encouraged to leave a review. It is not compulsory, but you can leave a review at a later date. How to leave a review: 1. Login 2. Go to “My Dashboard” in the main menu to access your Student Dashboard. Here you will see all your enrolled courses. 3. If you have completed a course, you will see a “Rate This Course” button. 4. Click the “Rate This Course” button. 5. Fill out the two form fields with your review. The Title should be a single word or short phrase that summarises your review. 6. Give DRVR Training a rating out of 5 stars.

  • Will I get a certificate?

    Every student who passes a course with 100% completion will receive a Certificate of Completion. This is accessible for download when you complete the course. You can also access all your Zullius certificates from your Student Profile at anytime.

  • How long do I have to complete a Zullius course?

    Once you purchase a course you have 12 months to complete the training.

  • Is Zullius an accredited institution?

    While Zullius is not a registered training organisation (RTO), we offer skills-based courses taught by experts in their field, and every approved course features a Zullius Training certificate of completion. Certificates are provided in a digital format and are suitable for download or printing so you can easily share your accomplishment.

  • Can I preview a course?

    Our Learning Management Software requires each learner to have their individual login to complete their course so course previews are not available. If you are interested in Group Training opportunities or White-labelling Solutions and require a demo of the training – please contact us at jacqui@zullius.com

  • What is your Risk-free Quality Guarantee?

    If you commence a course and are not happy with the quality or content, you should take the following steps and we will refund your enrolment fees. STEP 1: Cease participation (with under 50% completion) STEP 2: Contact us within 24 hours of commencing the course. No returns on any enrolments paid for with a payment plan.

  • Do I have to complete the course in one sitting?

    Our courses are designed to be completed over time, or in a single sitting. Our system will keep track of where you got up to each time you log out, so your progress is constantly recorded. If you need to log-out for a while when you return you will be able to pick things up where you left off.

  • What kind of content can be used in Zullius courses?

    We can host it all, whether it be video, audio, images, PDFs, or presentations. We also made it incredibly easy to add dynamic lesson types like assignments and quizzes so you can build a course that not only works, but that your students will enjoy. A variety of media and lesson types allows us to create an interactive and engaging learning experience for your audience.

  • Can I bulk enrol my staff?

    Yes, bulk enrollment can be accomplished in Zullius. Contact us to discuss the most efficient way to achieve this.

  • Can I livestream or run live webinars through Zullius?

    Yes, we support livestreaming and webinars. Many livestreaming platforms such as YouTube Live, Zoom, and Live Stream are embeddable into other sites, which means you can add your live video right within a Zullius course lesson. Even if you're using a live streaming platform that isn't embeddable, that doesn't mean it can't work alongside your Zullius course! You can always create a lesson with instructions and a link for your students to join the livestream.

  • Can students access course content offline?

    While all our courses are designed to be delivered online, you always have the option to offer downloadable content such as video files, audio files, or PDFs in your lessons. That way your students can download these files while connected to the internet and still access them later.

  • Can I add custom branding to my course?

    Yes. If you host a custom training course on our platform, we can add your company logo and colours to the course to make it feel like your brand. If you require your own private training platform, with a custom domain, please discuss your requirements with us as this is also possible.

    It's perfectly fine if you don't have training content yet because we can help you create it. Our team is equipped with tools, templates, and lesson types to create the perfect curriculum for your intended audience. Let us help you get started!

  • Do I have to deliver the course content to camera??

    Our platform will host all types of different lesson formats, including video lessons. How you structure your course will depend on budget, availability and time.

  • Can I add an audio transcript to my course?

    Yes. You can either choose to record the audio transcript yourself or we can use a synthetic voice over transcription of all your lesson content. Talk to us about the options.

  • I have an idea for a course, but I'm not a content matter expert. Is that ok?

    Yes. We're always looking for opportunities so if you have an idea for a course that you believe has an audience, we'd love to hear about it. Our network of course developers will help you make it a reality. Let's partner on a new course together!
